I'm Ready to Take English to the Next Level  It is with extraordinary fervor that I present my application to your college's English division for the Bachelor's certificate program. Following is a brief self-portrayal, submitted in satisfaction of part of the college's application prerequisites.  I started to examine English more than ten years back, and quickly built up a solid enthusiasm towards the language.
